We are well trained and certified in accordance with BCA CONQUAS assessment. With over thousands of units inspected during our time with BCA. Our service commitment is to carry out our inspection with utmost diligence and effort.

What We Offer

We offer comprehensive package consisting of 3 inspections:

1st inspection to check for defects within your property and submission of defect list to the developer based on their submission procedure.
2nd inspection for joint inspection with the owner/contractor/developer to run through rectified/outstanding defects .
3rd (Closing/Handover) inspection to check whether rectifications works are carried out to satisfaction and to advise you if there are still outstanding or new defects before closing/handover.

Our Team

All inspection services will be carried out by our founder, Ben with more than 10 years of experience in the Construction and Building Industry. Having inspected more than thousand of units during his time with BCA, in the Quality and Certification Department administrating the CONQUAS and QM scheme.
