We offer comprehensive package consisting of 3 inspections:

• 1st inspection to check for defects within your property and submission of defect list to the developer based on their submission procedure.

• 2nd inspection for joint inspection with the owner/contractor/developer to run through rectified/outstanding defects .

• 3rd (Closing/Handover) inspection to check whether rectifications works are carried out to satisfaction and to advise you if there are still outstanding or new defects before closing/handover.
